Marvel Cosmic Invasion is a side-scrolling beat 'em up featuring 15 playable Marvel heroes. Designed in the style of classic 1990s arcade brawlers, the game allows players to switch between two characters mid-battle using the Cosmic Swap mechanic. Each hero brings unique abilities and team-up attacks, with additional upgrades and rewards becoming available as players progress.

- Open reviewI’m happy to see beat ’em ups making a comeback, especially through franchises I care about. That said, I have to admit that even though the visual quality bar is set quite high, many of these games still feel fairly standard when it comes to gameplay. I wouldn’t go as far as saying Marvel Cosmic Invasion didn’t entertain me, in fact, it left a more positive impression than the tone of this comment might suggest. This is more of a general frustration: now that the genre is gaining momentum again, I really wish developers were willing to experiment a bit more.
