It’s practically a summary of the film-game craze from a certain era. Mechanically, it’s hardly different from the formulaic movie games of the 2000s—maybe even with more frequent loading screens than average for that time.
That aside, it does have its standout moments. For fans of the Mutant Mayhem movie, it’s a charming tie-in game. The use of the entire character roster, the occasional sweet dialogue, and the strong art style are definitely its highlights.
