It's already a common consensus, but it's worth stating the obvious—this game was made with the "Sonic but Fall Guys (or similar party games)" concept in mind. Does it deliver that level of fun? Not really. Is it bad? I wouldn’t say so either. The models are cute and fun, making it a fairly playable game for Sonic fans—at least on the surface. I say "on the surface" because being a free-to-play game, it's packed with microtransactions and similar mechanics. And in a party game that should be all about simple fun, that kind of thing quickly becomes exhausting.
