A friend recommended this game to me saying, “You have to check this out, it’s Silent Hill for gays,”
as if Silent Hill wasn’t already gay enough.
Of course, I was expecting the “gay” part — what I wasn’t expecting was just how Silent Hill it actually was.
It draws inspiration from many aspects, not just mechanically but almost mathematically.
And even though it delivers a very different core atmosphere, it still manages to weave in that “rusty” vibe, which might not be genre-exclusive, but fits perfectly here.
