I genuinely enjoyed my time with this one, and it made me feel confident that I’ll keep enjoying LABS Works’ games. Compared to Astalon: Tears of the Earth, it feels like a small step back, but it’s still a solid experience.
I can understand the game being a bit smaller in scope, though I have to admit that seeing them take a step forward instead would have been really exciting. Either way, I hope they keep making more games like this.
