The game only really satisfies that simple sense of pleasure you get from digging.
It's not doing this in a very detailed way but surprisingly committed way, but at the end of the day, that’s still what it does. Because of that, I never got bored digging, at least until I reached the end of the game.
Could it have offered more? Of course it could have. But in a way, it doesn’t really need to—because this isn’t a game that dreamed bigger and failed to deliver. It’s a game that does exactly what it set out to do.
