Assassin’s Creed III is a very solid entry in the series. It has a great story, an interesting protagonist, and a setting that I found particularly enjoyable. The gameplay is fun and still holds up quite well.
My main criticism would be the map, which feels a little empty and overly spread out at times, making exploration less engaging than in some of the other games. I also really enjoyed Desmond’s story outside of the Animus, which I found surprisingly engaging and well integrated into the overall experience.
Overall, a good Assassin’s Creed game with a memorable story and setting, despite some flaws in its world design.
