Assassin’s Creed Unity is another fairly average entry in the series for me. The setting of the French Revolution is interesting, and Paris is probably one of the most impressive cities in the franchise, but the game never really managed to grab me.
The gameplay is enjoyable, but it doesn’t feel like a huge step forward from the previous games, and some of the parkour can be quite clunky. I also wasn’t particularly impressed by the story or the new co-op features. They are interesting additions, but they never felt essential to the experience.
Overall, it’s not a bad Assassin’s Creed game, but it’s another chapter that I found rather forgettable compared to the stronger entries in the series.
