Kingdom Come: Deliverance II is a very solid medieval RPG with a lot of attention to detail. I really like the setting and the way the game tries to make the medieval world feel realistic and alive. The freedom given to the player and the amount of depth in its systems are definitely some of its strongest aspects.
However, the game can be quite slow and tedious at times, and some of its realistic mechanics can get in the way of simply enjoying the game. The pacing isn’t always for me, and some systems feel more complicated than they need to be.
Still, I enjoyed the experience overall. It’s a very well-made medieval RPG with a lot of ambition and personality, even if its slow pace and complexity make it far from perfect.
