Cuphead is an incredibly fun and almost unique game in its genre. Its cartoon-inspired art style fits the gameplay perfectly, creating a visual experience that feels genuinely special.
The music, sound design, voice acting and gameplay are all fantastic, and the boss fights are one of the strongest aspects of the game, even if they can be quite challenging.
After finishing the game both in single player and multiplayer, I noticed a significant difference in difficulty. In single player, the bosses are less aggressive and generally have less health, or you simply deal more damage to them. In multiplayer, they become much more difficult to take down, making the experience noticeably harder.
Overall, Cuphead is a beautiful, challenging and incredibly well-made game with a unique identity that really stands out.
