The Walking Dead: A New Frontier is another solid chapter in the series and, considering how invested I was in the story by this point, I was definitely interested in seeing how everything continued.
The main difference is that this time you don’t play as Clementine, but as a new protagonist. This was probably the aspect I liked the least, even though Clementine remains an important part of the story and her presence ties the season back to the previous games.
I also really liked the connections to the first season and, especially, the references and characters connected to the TV series. Having already watched and enjoyed the show, seeing some of those elements appear here was a really nice touch.
Overall, probably the weakest of the three seasons so far, but still a very enjoyable continuation of Clementine’s story and a good chapter in the series.
