Call of Duty: Warzone is a fun and highly competitive PvP game, but it can also become extremely frustrating. The gunplay is satisfying and winning a match feels genuinely rewarding, but the competitive side of the game can be very demanding.
One of my biggest problems is the constant weapon meta. Every season can bring new weapons that become significantly stronger than others, meaning that if you want to stay competitive, you’re almost forced to keep playing and leveling up the current meta weapons to unlock all their upgrades. Even if you’re a better player, being at a disadvantage because your weapon isn’t properly leveled or simply isn’t part of the current meta can make a huge difference in a gunfight.
Because of this, Warzone requires a lot of time if you actually want to compete at a high level. I still had fun playing it, but I gradually played less because the grind and the constant changes to the meta became more frustrating than enjoyable.
Overall, a good PvP experience, but definitely not a game for everyone.
