I played this after We Know the Devil, and my thoughts are pretty similar: the artstyle once again gives the game a clear positive boost. But after playing Pillow Fight and then this as a second game from the same creator, what stood out most to me was how quickly and easily the characters convey intimacy. It’s clearly something to do with the writing, but I can’t analyze it deeply enough to explain why. Still, it was a very enjoyable second experience, and I’ll most likely play all of their games slowly over time.
