Atmosphere and voice acting! As said in most of the reviews, it's the strongest part of the game and, come to think of it, the most effective part of an adventure game after the story and puzzles. So how are the most effective parts? I found the Lovecraftian flavor in the setting entertaining enough, the change to the third act made sense to me and didn't drag me down. The puzzles were also enough for me.
