Geometry Dash is a game that I tried to get into, but ultimately it’s just not really my type of game. It requires an incredible amount of precision, patience and practice, and some levels can take countless attempts before you finally get them right. That said, I can’t say it’s a bad game. The music is one of its strongest aspects and is deeply connected to the gameplay, making the levels feel much more satisfying when you get into the rhythm. There’s also a huge amount of content and a very active community creating new levels. I managed to complete an Easy Demon, which is probably the furthest I’ve gone with the game, so I definitely gave it a fair chance. It’s simply not a genre I particularly enjoy, but I can understand why so many people love it. Overall, a solid experience, just not really for me.

Bir beat'em up ritim oyununun verebileceği her şeyi veriyor size. Hikayesi ilgi çekici gözüküyor. Adam dövmesi gerçekten eğlenceli, hele ritme tam uyarak vurduğunuz zaman aşırı tatmin edici oluyor. Hikaye şarkıları da gayet iyi duruyor. Bence en önemli özellik olan kendi istediğimiz şarkıyı 'import' edebilmek, çok güzel ve kesinlikle bu oyunu aldırabilecek bir özellik olmuş. Dead as Disco, Erken Erişim bir oyun için gayet iyi hissettiren bir yapımdı. Umarım multiplayer gibi özellikler de geldiğinde çok daha hoş bir hal alır.

The discourse around this game honestly feels unnecessary. It’s a small, charming experience. Sure, it doesn’t offer much in terms of gameplay, but it’s not failing at some grand ambition it’s simply not trying to be that kind of game in the first place. Just like when you go into a visual novel knowing what kind of experience it offers, I think the same mindset applies here. Naturally, the story and characters take center stage, and in both areas, the game does what it needs to do very well.
