Honestly, I didn’t go into this with particularly high expectations. Multiple endings have never been a huge selling point for me, and I didn’t expect the story to offer me anything especially new.
Turns out I was wrong, I ended up loving it.
To be fair, I can’t say my preconceptions were completely unfounded. In many ways, those aspects were exactly what I expected them to be. The difference was that I became genuinely attached to the characters and the story, and that carried the experience from beginning to end.
Better late than never we finally made peace.
