Firetale is a small project, so there is no ticketing system and no bot. A clear subject line genuinely helps us get to you faster.
What to write about
Each of these opens a message with the subject already filled in.
Something is brokenTell us what you did, what happened, and what you expected instead. The page address helps, and a screenshot helps more.A game is wrong or missingWrong cover, wrong release date, duplicate entries, or a game that is not in the catalogue at all. Include the game name and a link if you have one.Your account or your dataA copy of your data, a correction, or a deletion. You can export your library and delete your account yourself in Settings, and both are immediate. Email us for anything those two do not cover.Report or appealYou can report posts, comments and users from the site itself, which is faster. Email us if something needs urgent attention, or if you think a moderation decision was wrong.Rights holdersIf you hold rights to material shown on Firetale and want it removed, email us with the specific page and we will act promptly.Law enforcement and legal requestsSend the request on official letterhead, with the legal basis and the exact accounts and date range it covers. How we handle these is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Things you can do without us
These are immediate, and faster than waiting on a reply:
- Export your library as CSV, or import one back in.
- Make your profile private, so only followers see your activity.
- Delete your account. Immediate, and it takes your data with it.
